SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to complete your order within 14 working days from us receiving/you placing your order.
All shipping costs are calculated in the store when making a purchase.
All our artwork is packaged to a very high standard and is shipped in a cardboard transportation tube.
Your order will come with a certificate of authenticity.
RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept any returns or make any refunds unless the artwork has been damaged during transportation.
If the artwork has been damaged in transportation a photograph of the damaged artwork/print must be taken and emailed to info@eleventwoart.co.uk within 24 hours of you receiving the artwork and must include the order number.
Once we have received your email it will be reviewed by our team which can take up to 14 working days. If we come to the conclusion the artwork has been damaged in transportation we will then ask you to post the artwork to

On receiving the artwork we will ask for proof of receipt and refund the shipping fee to yourself via a bank transfer. We will then send out a replacement print free of charge within 14 working days.

On entry to the event the ticket purchased must be produced to gain access, or access to the event will be denied.
